Years go by and Ferrari looks similar. Indeed, last year the manufacturer again broke the delivery record. Last year, the Maranello company delivered 13,221 carswhich is 18.5% more than in 2021. In the previous year, Ferrari delivered 11,155 models.
At the same time, 2022 became a record year from a financial point of view. Net profit fell from 4.27 billion euros in 2021 to 5.09 billion euros, which is an increase of 19.3%. For its part, the net profit was 939 million euros in 2022compared to €833 million in 2021, an increase of 13%.
2023 promises to be even better for Ferrari
Very good results, part of which will be redistributed among the manufacturer’s 5,000 employees. Indeed, according to Ferrari boss Benedetto Vigna, employees will receive up to 13,500 euros in annual bonuseswhich is 12.5% more than in the previous year.
And there is no reason why 2023 should be worse than 2022 for Ferrari. In fact, the year that has just begun is already looking great, considering that shipments of the much-anticipated Purosangue will begin in the second quarter.
This car, which Ferrari doesn’t really consider an SUV, has been extremely well received, so much so that the order book was temporarily suspended. This model has been waiting for more than two years, although the “small” V6 hybrid version was never presented.
By 2026, 15 new Ferraris are expected
What can Ferrari customers expect in 2023? High prices, no doubt, in particular to compensate for the increase in production costs caused by inflation. There will also be new features, including a new Roma-based convertible. A new V12 supercar is in the works to replace the 812, but its presentation may not be expected until 2023.
Ferrari too “on the right track” introduce its first electric car in 2025, in addition to the battery hybrids that are the 296 GTB and GTS and the SF90 Stradale. The new hypercar, which will replace the LaFerrari, is planned no later than three years from now. At least 15 models will arrive by 2026 (including Purosangue).
