Suzuki faces a the main challenge in the near future: electrification its assortment. The Japanese manufacturer currently does not offer electric cars. In France, the model range of Suzuki cars, including city cars Ignis and Swift, SUVs VitaraS-Cross and Crosslike the Swace station wagon, there is available in hybrid version. It comes from Toyota, Suzuki has historically mainly worked on the development of heat engines. However, there is no fully electric version in the range yet. Five electrical novelties are ahead!

Suzuki took the first step towards electricity in early January. Presenting – in India – its own EVX concept. The first 100% electric model ! It’s not expected until 2025, but won’t be Suzuki’s only electric new for the next few years. The B segment is especially active for Suzuki, which is specialist in city cars, SUVs and small 4X4 cars of this category. The five presented models only allow us to look at their silhouette and light signature. This is enough to recognize some of them! in R-car and 4X4 Jimny thus are part of the list and will therefore be converted to electric!
