Who has never flinched when they saw a police car following them? We all fear being pulled over on the road, even though we know we’re not breaking the law. But some are actually not afraid of law enforcement, even when they have something to be ashamed of. After all, we are all different! But for some, the violation would almost be a way of life, as we have already seen in our columns. The driver who stole the car only 15 minutes after leaving the prison is especially mentioned. But the case we are talking about today is also worth a peanut, you will see.

Three inspections in three months
The action of our story takes place in Reims and begins on October 8. The police detained A Peugeot 307 the driver of which drives without a seat belt. After a chase, he was caught and tested positive for cannabis. Another concern is that he doesn’t have a driver’s license because it was suspended in January for the same reason. After his release, he was caught again in November for running a red light. He still is under the influence of drugs but released. He was finally caught again on December 7, but this time he wasn’t going to face it.
Prison term
According to the prosecutor’s office, the driver was quickly convicted. He received 1 penalty1 month of imprisonment, five of which are on probation. This also includes an obligation to take road safety courses, as well as an obligation to work and care. The driver will be on an electronic bracelet and will serve his sentence at home.
