BMW: increase in market share in 2022
Brand BMW recorded in 2022 in total 45,439 registrations in France, this indicator slightly decreased by 1.2%, but increased by +0.8 points in the premium segment: the Bavarian firm is indeed the leader in premium registrations for individuals and companies.
Electrified models outsold gasoline cars, with 3,360 electric models (7% of sales) and 12,501 plug-in hybrids (27% of sales). Launched in 2022, the BMW 2 Series Active Tourer recorded more than 2,700 registrations, but the most popular model is the BMW 1 Series (8,135 units), followed by the BMW X1 (6,723), X3 (5,658), the 3 Series Touring ( 3,167) and the X2 (2,799 ).

Mini: all-time market share record
Brand Mini records a record market share in the premium segment in 2022 with a share of 12.4% (11.7% in 2021), i.e. in total 25649 approx Registered: In France, Mini achieves the best result in Europe.

At the level of two-wheelers, BMW Motorrad records the historical year of 20,929 registrationswhich is 2.9% more compared to 2021. The BMW CE 04 electric scooter, released in the spring of 2022, records record sales, with 2,429 units sold in the first nine months of 2022. France is also the first global market for this new model.
