Renault launches ‘genR5’ NFT collection.
For its first collection of digital tokens, the diamond firm has created a collection based on the Renault 5. It will be called “genR5” and will go on sale on December 15th! To pay tribute to the R5, the manufacturer imagined more Single NFT from 1972commemorating the year of the small French city car’s commercial launch.

The collection is based on 4 iconic models
The genR5 collection is based on 4 separate Renault R5 models.
- 100 The R5 Electric was produced between 1972 and 1974;
- 160 R5 Turbo, as a reference to the power of the small French bombinet;
- 450 R5 Le Car Van, exactly the same number of units produced;
- 1262 R5 TL, the classic and most symbolic version of the city car.
