Lewis Hamilton is certainly a great driver on the track, his seven Formula 1 World Championship titles (as many as Michael Schumacher) prove it. The Brit loves to drive on the track in single-seaters and also has a garage of dreamy supercars. He usually states that he only drives on the track.
On open roads
But, in the video recently published the official account of Lewis Hamilton on his various social networks, we see the pilot making an exception. The Formula 1 champion drove a Nissan GT-R R34 on open roads. The video shows Lewis Hamilton traveling through Japan in The Fast and the Furious with electro music playing in the background. So we can see the champion behind the wheel of this legendary Japanese car on the track as well as in the city.
Donuts that go wrong
The video also shows that the champion got a lot of pleasure from the performance some drifts in a good mood in what appears to be a deserted area. Everything is going fine. Except that since this video was posted, disputes are unfolding regarding its content. Indeed, the car was not borrowed from a friend, but rented a local rental company that didn’t appreciate Lewis Hamilton’s car attitude.
It is strictly prohibited
Omoshiro Rent-a-Car posted a message on its networks stating: “This car was not taken with the permission of our company. Such behavior is strictly prohibited.“A priori, enjoying the performance of an authentic sports car like the legendary Nissan GT-R R34 seems like a good idea. But it is easy to imagine that it is so Several images show smoke coming from the gearbox after the donuts that apparently angered the Japanese company.
