From 1Er January 2023, a new offer of bells Audi charging service will replace E-tron Charging Service: it will allow customers of the German company to charge their electric car using a network of charging stations in Europe.

Audi has partnered with Elli, the Volkswagen Group Charging brand, to develop this new charger offering. The E-tron charging service, which was launched four years ago with the launch of Audi’s first all-electric model, will soon be replaced by this new service, which offers three formulas to choose from.

Audi charging service: 400,000 charging points

The new Audi Charging Service offer will be offered on 27 countries European markets, including France, are set to expand to other markets during 2023. Today it is approx 400,000 charging points offered are served by more than 800 charging point operators (OPCs).

This network also has around 1,900 High Performance Chargers (HPC) from the supplier ionicitywhich allow ultra-fast charging with a capacity of up to up to 350 kWat strategic locations along major transport routes.

Audi Charging Service: Three formulas are available

The Audi charging service offers three formulas:

  • The basic formula without a subscription fee allows you to charge your car from 0.12 EUR/min (AC), 0.60 EUR/min (DC) and 0.69 EUR/kWh at Ionity terminals.
  • The Plus subscription formula at €7.99/month allows you to charge your car from €0.08/min (AC), €0.42/min (DC) and €0.69/kWh at Ionity terminals.
  • The Pro formula for a subscription cost of €14.99/month allows you to charge your car from €0.07/min (AC), €0.35/min (DC) and €0.36/kWh at Ionity terminals.

When buying a 100% electric car from the Audi brand, the Pro subscription fee is free for the first year.

Audi Charging Service: makes life easier for users

The Audi Charging service, intended for Audi customers with 100% electric or hybrid cars, can be used with a charging card or the myAudi app, and users can find charging stations in their MMI navigation system.

It is also compatible with the ‘Plug & Charge’ feature available on Ionity and Aral Pulse stations, which is now rolling out to the rest of the network.
