The super fast chargers for electric cars are becoming more and more democratic. Tesla used to be one of the pioneers in this field, but times have changed and many players have entered the market: Ionity, TotalEnergies, Electra, Fastned, Allego or even Lidl…
To remain competitive, Tesla superchargers must adapt their prices, which very often correspond to the evolution of the price of electricity. After changing prices a few days ago by introducing off-peak prices, Tesla is changing them again on November 23, 2022, and this time in a radical way.
Tesla Superchargers: from 0.33 EUR/kWh
The average price is now displayed from 0.33 EUR/kWh for charging at off-peak times, and from €0.37/kWh at the peak of consumption (from 16:00 to 20:00).
For customers wishing to charge an electric car from a manufacturer other than Tesla, then it will be necessary to calculate from 0.49 EUR/kWh during off-peak hours and from 0.55 EUR/kWh during off-peak hours. Please note that Tesla charger prices currently vary by a few cents depending on the location of the chargers to adjust for local energy market costs.
Tesla will have two new shades! However, they will only be available on high-end versions of the Model Y. https://t.co/z2QSyq7d2X

Previously, other makes of vehicles had to pay €0.70/kWh during off-peak hours and €0.78/kWh during off-peak hours.
Tesla Superchargers: Cheaper than the competition
In comparison, Electra charges €0.44/kWh on its 300kW ultrafast terminals, while Ionity charges €0.69/kWh on its 250kW ultrafast terminals, excluding a subscription or offer created with partners- developers.
At Lidl, which is currently rolling out its “e-stations” in France, it costs €0.40/kWh for ultra-fast charging up to 360kW.
This German motorist drove over 1.6 million km in his Tesla Model S, is it really possible? https://t.co/7Rt6zEmXwx
