Admittedly, the situation has improved a little for gasoline, thanks in particular to the 30-cent discount introduced by the government. But it may be that prices will rise very sharply from November 1, the date of the transition to 10 kopecks. Moreover, this is another problem that the French now have to face: possible lack of electricity. Production is really low, probably too little to be able to handle the coming winter properly.

The plan is under development
