Serious failure

The final price is 5551 euros then transferred to our driver, i.e. 35% of the original price. But that’s still a lot, especially for a problem that isn’t the result of lack of maintenance.
Still in litigation
Except that Ford doesn’t want to hear anything and thinks he’s made a big enough gesture.
