
Hobby continues the success of its equipped vans with a new model in the range: Hobby Maxia Vanpremium panel van that has just been unveiled at the Dusseldorf Motor Show, open to the public from August 26 to September 4, 2022.
If the German manufacturer is also working on the Fiat and Citroën chassis, this new model is based on the Volkswagen Crafter, equipped with a 177-horsepower engine in combination with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Hobby Maxia Van: Scandinavian atmosphere
The Hobby Maxia Van is over 6.84 meters long, 2.04 meters wide and 2.85 meters high. It offers an on-board atmosphere reminiscent of Maxia brand vans, thanks to quality materials, light wood, gray upholstery, gray felt upholstery and touches. scandinavian inspired. Living inside is comfortable thanks to the high ceiling height of 2.05 meters.
In front we find a living room for four people, which is organized around a pull-out table, an ambidextrous forward-facing seat, and two swivel seats in the cockpit. The bench stands out for its ergonomics and can be moved forward and sideways for optimal modularity.

The fittings are thoughtful, with storage drawers with a pull-out handle, as well as a very practical worktop extension. Opposite we find a classic bathroom with a built-in shower, a compact swivel toilet, a washbasin and storage space.
In the back of the bedroom offers a large double bed 172×200 cm, featuring a premium high-density foam mattress and a folding slatted base for easy access to the hold. A third person can be accommodated overnight on an additional cabin bed in the front.
