Nissan presents the European version of its all-new X-Trail, which has appeared after three powerful generations with almost 7 million copies sold worldwide since 2001. This fourth-generation X-Trail, available in 5- and 7-seater configurations, retains the spirit of the model with muscular styling, optimized four-wheel drive and preserved versatility.

Already sold in Asia and North America, where it’s called the Rogue, new Nissan X-Trail is based on the new CMF-C platform from the Renault Nissan Mitsubishi Alliance and uses new electrified engines.

Nissan X-Trail: persistent and neat style

The new Nissan X-Trail has a distinctive style impressive and strong lines. It features design cues from the brand’s latest productions, such as a floating roof, a ‘V-motion’ front grille and a distinctive light signature. Its front end features an active grille louver that controls airflow to optimize fuel consumption and aerodynamic performance. At least 9 body colors are offered, as well as 5 two-tone combinations.

On board, the model has a fairly classic interior with strong lines, with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch touchscreen floating in the center of the dashboard, and Configuration of 5 or 7 seats depending on the version. On the 5-seater version, the trunk has a volume of 575 liters, and on the 7-seater, 485 liters of cargo is available.

Nissan X-Trail: electrified engines

We find under the hood e-Power engines brands that combine a turbocharged gasoline engine and one or two electric motors, depending on the version. Two versions are available: traction version 204 horsepower and 330 Nm of torque, as well as a 4WD version 213 horsepower in total, as well as 330Nm of torque at the front and 195Nm of torque at the rear.

The e-4orce all-wheel drive 100% electric and distributes torque to the rear wheels 10,000 times faster than a conventional mechanical system. To go further, the e-Pedal Step system is also available, which allows you to operate with just one pedal, especially in the city: by lifting your foot, you can slow the car significantly without coming to a complete stop.

Nissan X-Trail: full of technology

The new Nissan X-Trail is equipped with the next-generation ProPilot Assist driver assistance system, as well as a full infotainment system compatible with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as Wi-Fi and NissanConnect Services.

Orders for the new Nissan X-Trail are now open, with a starting price from 42,700 euros for the Acenta e-Power version with a capacity of 204 horsepower.
