Mercedes E-Class: a new generation is coming
The E-class is one of the main Mercedes models, which has been available in many body styles since 1993. The last generation, the fifth, was launched in 2016 and then updated in 2020: it will soon give way to the sixth generation, completely updated, which should be sold in sedan and real estate from 2023.
In addition to its styling, which should adopt the clean lines of the brand’s latest productions, we should find more modest engines under its hood: to leave 6 and 8 cylinders, the future Mercedes E-Class should have only four electrified cylinders to reduce its CO emissions2. In the interior, technology with the latest version of the MBUX system and the most refined comfort will be given the first place.
