The owner of the Dacilor farm, Cornel Diniku, remains under house arrest in a case in which he is accused of willful destruction that caused the disaster. The decision of the Prahova court, made on Friday, is final, reports Agerpres.

According to the data of the court portal, the magistrates of the court rejected Dinik’s appeal against the decision of the Ploiesti court to extend for 30 days the house arrest imposed on the defendant as unfounded.

The decision of the Prahova court is final.

In court on Friday, Diniku was also granted the right to leave his home, on March 4 to undergo a medical examination necessary to change his driver’s license, and on March 6 to go to the headquarters of the DRPCIV in Bucharest to have his driver’s license replaced.

Cornel Dinica and two other people involved in the management of the tourist complex Ferma Dacilor – Vitomir Adriana Ristin and Adelina Elena Ilye – are accused of willful destruction that led to the disaster, after eight people, namely five adults and three children , burned to death. the fire that broke out in Ferma Dacilor last year, on Boxing Day.
