
The Prahova court decided on Wednesday to allow the owner of the Ferma Dacilor tourist complex Kornel Dinik to communicate with his son and his concubine, the decision is final.
According to the court portal, the magistrates, who considered the defendant’s request to change the content of the house arrest, partially granted Dinik’s request, ordering to cancel the obligation established in his indictment, not to communicate, directly or indirectly, by any means. , with his son and his concubine.
Cornel Diniku’s son and concubine are witnesses in the Ferma Dacilor case, and all three live at the same address. Among the conditions imposed by the court on Dinik through a preventive measure in the form of house arrest is the absence of direct or indirect communication in any way with the defendants, injured persons or members of their families and deceased victims, with designated witnesses and interested experts.
On the other hand, the court rejected a similar request to Dinik regarding the witness Marian Viorel Olteanu.
In addition, the Prahova court allows Dinik to leave the house to go to the dentist.
Administrators of the tourist complex Ferma Dacilor – Cornel Diniku, Vitomir Adrian Ristin and Adelina Elena Ilie – are accused of negligent destruction, which led to the disaster.
