Smart idea!
No doubt you have already heard of Xiaomi, a Chinese company that is particularly famous for its smartphones. But the company has been interested in cars for some time. That’s how a few months ago he finally opened the curtain on his first electric car, the the new SU7. The latter takes the form of a sedan, a competitor to the Tesla Model S, which should allow the company to carve out a good place for itself in an increasingly competitive market. Especially since the latter gives pride of place to technologies with advanced systems. But what particularly attracted attention was the SU7 operating system. Xiaomi introduced its famous HyperOS, which is already used in its watches, tablets and mobile phones. However, the real surprise is that innovative accessorywhich nevertheless went unnoticed during the car’s unveiling a few months earlier in China.
There is an exception to the end of sales of diesel cars in 2035, voted by the European Parliament: luxury cars (Ferrari, etc.). Of course, there are not many of them, so the emissions will be limited, but for the symbol and social justice, it will be necessary to return pic.twitter.com/6gPS9lc6ZE

Even more practical
During the presentation, the CEO of Xiaomi showed a great solution for drivers who prefer physical touch screen control. This is’button panel, which connects under the car’s 16-inch touch screen. But that’s not all: the latter is removable thanks to magnets. In this way, each driver can choose whether they want virtual buttons on the screen or physical buttons below. Flexibility is preferred for those with special preferences. Although it is not yet known whether these buttons can be customized, this innovative approach shows how Xiaomi is redefining the interaction between man and machine in the automotive field. Xiaomi Pilot technology, based on Nvidia Drive Orin chips and radars/cameras, also enables the SU7 to have autonomous driving. It remains to be seen if the electric sedan will one day be sold in France, although there is currently no word on the subject.
