The Russian front-line Telegram channel published a video about the consequences of the Ukrainian cluster missile attack on the Russian front-line base.
“Video from the Russian military. The result of a missile attack on the deployment of the Russian Armed Forces,” says the post to the pictures on the “Russia without context” Telegram channel.
It doesn’t give any details about the strike, nor does the videographer appear speechless as he walks through the remains of the base, unlike many other Russian videos about the aftermath of the Ukrainian actions, which feature expletives and curses at the enemy.
From the images, we can conclude that the Ukrainians used a fragmentation projectile in this attack.
The hole in the ground is very small, but there are hundreds of holes in the walls from cluster munitions that have wreaked havoc.
The video shows a small car with only the chassis left, a burnt and destroyed armored combat vehicle and the remains of the equipment that was at the base, some of which is still burning.
What the Russian base looks like after the visit of the Ukrainian projectile with submunitions. Maybe a HIMARS rocket with thousands of tungsten fragments. Video source: https://t.co/pPKPUaERPe pic.twitter.com/uzh5YpGMYq
