From July 1, everything will change for e-Invoice, when you will only need to use this system created by the Ministry of Finance to send and receive invoices. In fact, this will be a new stage that will change the internal flows of companies.

*This does not mean that they cannot be transferred as before, it is not prohibited, only those from the official system will be considered

The commercial department will need to have accounts in e-Invoice and check whether these invoices need to be paid or not.

For example, a truck arrives, it is picked up, a physical invoice can also be provided, but the commercial department must verify that what they received physically (in the document) matches the information received via the electronic invoice. That is, there should not be different amounts. This is due to the fact that only the invoice from the system of the Ministry of Finance needs to be taken into account.

In these companies, a new flow should be created to check invoices and make recognition and payment decisions. The commercial department will have to carefully examine what it sends to the accounting department.

The accountant cannot know whether these invoices received in the e-invoice are correct or not, that is, they are erroneous or not. This is the business of entrepreneurs and people who are responsible for it.

At the moment, tax consulting firms are testing different IT solutions to offer their clients so that they are ready by the middle of the year.
