Rezvan Lucescu’s team had a difficult start to the game against “Panathinaikos” in the 20th stage of the Greek championship.

Against the backdrop of the visitors’ dominance, PAOK scored in the 38th minute, but Koulierakis’ goal was disallowed by VAR for offside.

However, they took the lead at half-time after Bulgarian Kyril Despodov opened the scoring in the 43rd minute.

Panathinaikos continued their good performance in the second half and Bakasetas equalized in the 51st minute.

But the “Thessalonica” team quickly leveled the game, and five minutes later, Despotov scored the second goal.

Rezvan Lucescu’s third win in a row takes PAOK back to the top of the table with 45 points, two more than next-placed AEK Athens.
