
The application for the “Casa Verde Fotovoltaice” Photovoltaic Panel System Installation Program was released today, the Environmental Fund Administration (AFM) reports. The 25,000 beneficiaries who have not yet chosen an installer have 90 days at their disposal.
Therefore, starting at 10:00 a.m., applicants who have not selected an installer by the date of the suspension of the program have a maximum of 90 days to select a verified installer through the application available from the AFM at www.afm.ro .
We are talking about 25 thousand applicants who have not yet chosen an installer.
A complete list of installers verified by the Environment Fund Administration will be available in the application.
During this period, the selected installers are required to review the documents uploaded by the applicant and approve the relevant applicants.
In the case of requests to return to the status of “verification of conformity and acceptability”, determined by the erroneous decision applied by the installers in the application, after the analysis of the documents uploaded by the applicant, a maximum period of 5 days is calculated. from today, it is established within which the installers are obliged to eliminate these situations.

The Casa Verde Photovoltaic program was suspended in September 2023 after one of the installers sued for non-compliance with the Financing Guide, and the Oradea Court of Appeal won his case.
