Rapidul and FC Craiova 1948 showed the most spectacular match since the return of the Romanian Super League.

Giulesti put an end to a streak of 6 consecutive stages without a win in the championship and crushed the Olten group, who were coming after 4 consecutive matches without failure in Giulesti.

Dragos Albu opened the scoring for the guests in the 25th minute of the game with a spectacular performance, but Ermal Krasniči (43rd minute) restored the draw with a shot from outside the penalty area.

Olten spent incredible minutes in the second half. First, Beten scored 2:1 (min. 51) from Bauza’s pass, and 5 minutes later, Blidar also scored.

Giulesti reduced the deficit in the 76th minute through Rrahmani’s 11-metre strike, before Onea equalized six minutes later, surprising Gureu with a shot into the far corner.

In the fourth minute of extra time, rookie Burmaz headed into the far corner and sealed the home team’s victory.
