The situation accelerated on Wednesday, when the lawyers of Anthony and Alain-Fabien Delon submitted requests to the prosecutor’s office to grant Delon legal protection “on health grounds.”

The prosecutor’s office took note of the requests on Thursday and announced that it had notified an “authorized doctor (…) to assess the situation of Alain Delon,” Montargie’s attorney general, Jean-Cedric Gau, said on Thursday. , assuring that “no further announcements will be made in connection with this proceeding.”

In their field of vision was a possible measure of judicial protection, a mechanism provided by law for adults who cannot independently protect their personal or ancestral interests.
