Peugeot has a bestseller that has been completely revised this year. After almost eight years of career, the current Peugeot 3008 will give way to the third generation, with thermal, hybrid and electric engines.
Peugeot 3008: what engines?
The Peugeot e-3008 is based on the new STLA Medium platform from the Stellantis group and offers three electric motors : Autonomie (210 horsepower and 525 km of autonomy), Dual Motor (320 horsepower and 525 km of autonomy), and Grande Autonomie (230 horsepower and 700 km of autonomy). The NMC battery (73 or 98 kWh depending on the version) is compatible with 160 kW fast charging, which allows you to recover 80% of the capacity in 30 minutes.

Two versions are available to order
All engines mentioned above are not yet available for order. In the electric version with Allure trim, prices start from 44,990 euros, excluding the environmental bonus. This is the Autonomy version with 210 horsepower and 525 km of autonomy, with a 73 kWh battery. It is €5,000 more expensive than the Renault Scénic E-Tech in its base version, but has a smaller 60kWh battery for a range of 430km.
In the high-end GT version with the same battery, the price rises to 46,990 euros, always without an environmental bonus. This time it goes up against the Scénic with a larger 87kWh battery that gives the Renault a range of 625km under the WLTP cycle. The Peugeot e-3008 GT is also up against the 286bhp Volkswagen ID.4 Pro in Life Max trim with a 77kWh battery that provides 550km of range.
At the same time, a thermal version is also available for order, equipped with a three-cylinder PureTech 1.2-liter microhybrid with a capacity of 136 hp. 38,490 euros in the base price.
For the other two electric versions and the hybrid variant, you’ll have to wait a few more weeks for pricing.
