Those unable to purchase a home by the end of 2023 will continue to benefit from the unchanged 5% VAT rate, the difference being covered by HILS Development through a discount applied to the VAT price, so that for the customer, the cost of the apartment will remain unchanged from 2023.

Therefore, between 15 January and 31 March 2024, all apartments in HILS Development projects subject to the VAT increase measure will benefit from a price reduction designed to offset the difference created by the VAT increase. The discount will be applied to the price of each apartment with the new VAT, so the cost to the customer will remain unchanged compared to what they would have paid in 2023.

The new offer is valid for all apartments worth up to EUR 120,000 excluding VAT from HILS Development projects, regardless of whether they are ready-to-move-in apartments, apartments in the process of completion or under construction.
