An unexpected incident

But this does not prevent accidents. And sometimes they are quite unusual, as in the case of the one we are telling you about today. History happened last Monday, December 11, in the commune of Urzhy, located in Nièvres. It was 19:30 when the driver lost control and ended up on the roof in a ditch along the road. Very quickly, an ambulance arrived at the scene for the driver, who escaped without serious consequences, but was quite frightened. But what really happened?

A boar in charge?

Having recovered from his emotions, the motorist explained and confirmed seeing a wild boar in the middle of the road. According to the mayor of the city, Gilles Devien, who also arrived at the scene of the accident, “instead of braking, he pressed the gas pedal before leaving the road.” A breathalyzer test was also conducted, but the results have not been released at this time. The councilor regrets this case, which happened a few days after a meeting devoted specifically to speeding.
