
DNA prosecutors collected documents from the Ministry of Finance on Tuesday targeting the General Secretariat of Ioan Christian Puris, according to judicial sources cited by Digi 24. According to a wealth declaration filed in the summer of 2023, he bought about 17 plots of land in the last two years on an area of more than 18,000 square meters.
In 2017, he was Vice President of ANAF (DGAF) and Director of Cabinet. He had only 3 plots of land in Oradea (about 6,000 square meters) and a loan from OTP Bank for 200,000 lei, taken for 30 years.
Four years later, Puris has 4 lands (previous 3 plus one inherited). He received another loan from OTP Bank in the amount of about 400,000 lei for 20 years. He has already become an inspector in the General Directorate of Integrity seconded to the Ministry of Agriculture.
In 2022, Purice appears with 21 plots (17 acquired in 2021 and 2022).
His income in 2022 was more than 138,000 lei, i.e. 11,000 lei per month. As deputy general secretary of the MFP, he earned 86,825 lei, and as cabinet director at the Ministry of Agriculture – 51,796 lei. Last year, Purice received another 70,000 lei from rent
