Prosecutors of the Office for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism – Satu Mare Territorial Administration, together with police officers of the Organized Crime Service of Satu Mare, conducted 31 searches in the criminal case of the creation of an organized criminal group, the risk of drug trafficking and high risk, and a sexual act with a minor, reports news.ro. The group held parties where they sold drugs and offered them to underage girls for free in exchange for sex.

“It is noted that during 2023, members of an organized criminal group under the leadership and coordination of the suspect (regarding the chosen preventive measure in the form of house arrest in another criminal proceeding) repeatedly trafficked dangerous and dangerous narcotics (cannabis, cocaine and 3-CMC, known as crystal) , for consumers, mostly minors, from the counties of Satu Mare and Maramures. As a result of the conducted research, it became clear that during the parties organized by members of the criminal group, such drugs were sold, both in large quantities, and offered free to minors as payment for maintaining sexual relations,” the report states. After searching the house, about 200 grams of a white crystalline substance (3CMC, a high-risk drug), 10 grams of cannabis, 54 pills (medications with alprazolam and buspirone as active ingredients), scales and a grinder were found and seized. 21 mobile phones and 21 sim- map, 2 mobile tablets, 1 laptop, 1 airsoft gun, plastic balls, machetes, more than 28,000 P1 and P3 firecrackers, as well as other evidence.

The suspects are being interrogated at the headquarters of the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism – the territorial administration of Satu Mare.
