Florentin Pera and the reasons for Romania’s victory over Serbia

The Romania coach said he was proud of his team and highlighted his team’s counter-attacking and aggressiveness.

“First of all, I want to congratulate Serbia for the game they played. I am proud of my players, it was a very good match of ours, we started well, with good energy. We played very well on the counter attack, I think that was our strength.

We didn’t give up in the second half when we went through a weaker period, but overall I’m very happy with the game. We were aggressive both in attack and defense.

It was an important win for us, Serbia played very well against Denmark and we expected today’s match to be tough.” – announced Florentin Perareports DigiSport.

And the coach of Serbia congratulated the national team, but said that his players used tactics that they did not prepare.

“Congratulations to Mr. Per, his players played very well in the first half. But my inexperienced players used tactics that I did not prepare, they were tense. I’m not surprised, but it’s interesting.

We tried, at least in the second half, to implement what we talked about earlier. Then something happened on the pitch after we cut the gap to three goals. I am very sad about this.

In the end, I think Romania played very well, but what I saw in the first half left me speechless.” – said Uros Bregar.

In the last match of Group E of the Women’s Handball World Cup, Romania will meet Denmark on Tuesday, December 5, at 21:30.
