Dobruja Emergency Situations Inspectorate officials said firefighters were alerted to pick up a 19-year-old pregnant woman and an 80-year-old woman from the village of Kulmea.
Since the road was covered with snow, the tracked vehicle went there and picked up two people.
They were safely transported to the ambulance and the medical team is transporting them to the Konstanz County Emergency Clinical Hospital.
A blizzard code red is in effect in Constanta County, roads in the county are closed.
