The Slovenian was found guilty of violating the Anti-Corruption Program in tennis, ITIA reports on its official website.

Dukman (a holder of a bronze badge) had the right to judge at ATP, WTA and ITF tournaments. The Slovenian admitted that he placed bets on some tennis matches and manipulated match information to facilitate betting.

Dukman was temporarily suspended starting on September 8 this year.

ITIA states that the arbitrator’s suspension will expire on March 7, 2034. In addition, Marco was fined $75,000, but $56,520 of that was suspended (the main condition being no recidivism).
