“Hydration is important, as important as exercise, nutrition, rest and stress reduction. Dehydration can lead to muscle cramps, lack of concentration and unclear thinking. You should have an appropriate ratio of fluids according to each person’s weight. On average, this will be 35 ml/kg body weight for the average person.

For an athlete, it depends on the level of training and losses he has. And, what is very important, it is necessary to drink liquid during the day. If you forget to drink water and drink a liter in a few minutes, you are not solving anything. This water will not be absorbed into the body, but will be immediately excreted from the body,” says Sidoreak.
