On Monday, the executive bureau of the NLP decided to propose the expulsion of deputy Gheorghe Pechinkine from the party. He signed the opposition’s appeal to the Constitutional Court regarding fiscal and budgetary measures. The decision to exclude belongs to the PNL National Council.
NLP spokesman Jonutz Stroe said before the party meeting that MPs who signed the opposition’s attack on the KKR on fiscal measures had expelled themselves from the party.
“I sit and wonder if these two parliamentarians, ex-PNL, feel they belong to this party. I think they have excluded themselves while they confirm, sign lawsuits against the party they belong to,” said Jonutz Stroe.
It will be recalled that the former finance minister and general secretary of the NLP, Dana Vilchana, was offered by the executive apparatus of the NLP to be expelled from the party in the summer.
