Genoa – Milan 0-1, Serie A / Radu Dragushin and George Puskas close to scoring

Entering the field early in the second half, Christian Pulisic scored the only goal of the game (’87).

It looked as if Milan would have no emotion in the final minutes, but goalkeeper Mike Magnan was sent off (’90+9) after a hard tackle by Caleb Ekuban.

Since Stefano Pioli had already made all five substitutions, striker Olivier Giroud got into the visitors’ goal.

The Frenchman was saved by the crossbar during Gudmundsson’s free-kick (scored), and then he intervened decisively in front of George Puskas (entered the field at 90+1 minutes).

Josep Martínez, the home goalkeeper, stepped up the attack in an attempt to equalize, but received a second yellow card and was sent off (’90+13).

Radu Dragushyn was one of Genoa’s best players and came close to scoring in the 76th minute when he shot from just outside the box.

Thanks to this success, “Milan” scored 21 points and occupies the first place in the rating. Instead, “Genoa” is in 15th place (8 points).
