Many were waiting for impatience show in Lyon, both professionals and individuals. And the least we can say is that the 2023 edition was great success.

Record attendance

Welcome to the 2023 Lyon Motor Show 76,174 visitorsan increase of almost 17% compared to last year. If this number seems low compared to other international exhibitions, it is still a very good performance. A large crowd of people is determined in particular 50 brands cars, 130 exhibitors AND 280 cars new on the site.

A simple economic model

But why do car brands avoid the Lyon show less than, for example, the Paris show? The reason is very simple. Really, the price of the stand for an exhibitor at an exhibition in Lyon, it is much cheaper than a stand at another international exhibition.

If the price is cheaper for exhibitors, that is too cheaper for visitors. The price of the ticket for the Lyon show has been sold 8 euros on the spot AND 7 euros online.

Figures on the number of cars sold at the auto show have not been announced yet, they will be in a few days.

And 2025?

Good news for those who couldn’t make it this year, the Lyon Motor Show will return in 2025. If the dates have not yet been announced, we look forward to seeing you next year on Lyon.
