PAOK won the duel against the UEFA Europa League 2022 winner Eintracht Frankfurt.

Rezvan Lucescu’s side scored first after just 16 minutes, but the goal was disallowed after a VAR consultation.

In the 28th minute, Andrija Zhivkovych opened the scoring against the team from Greece, making the only shot on goal.

The second half was under the control of the Germans, who eventually managed to restore parity through Omar Marmush (min. 68).

In the second minute of overtime, Konstantinos Koulirakis scored for Rezvan Lucescu’s team.

The final score is 2-1 and PAOK are top of Group G, three points ahead of Eintracht Frankfurt. In the 3rd place is HIK Helsinki with one point, and the last place in the group is occupied by Aberdeen (one point).
