More than 1,800 properties will be sold by the Propstore auction house at its annual auction, which in 2023 will take place on November 9-12 in the capital of Great Britain.

The star of this auction, which Propstore says could sell for 12 million pounds ($14.6 million), is the C-3PO robot head worn by actor Anthony Daniels in the film. Star Wars: A New Hopewhich could sell for between £500,000 and £1m ($600,000-1.2m).

The auction house is expected to fetch particularly high sums for Titanic-related items after the James Cameron film was re-released in cinemas in February this year in 3D and after the wreck of the Titanic submarine in June rekindled the public’s imagination about the sunken ship. more than 100 years ago.

Steven Lane said the items come from collectors, curators, archive owners, film studios and production companies.
