Googleis celebrating 25 years and to celebrate this anniversary has an animated “doodle” that appears when you want to perform a search. Google has 174,000 employees and a market capitalization of $1.63 trillion.

In 2004, when Google went public, it had only 2,500 employees, but today it has 70 times that number.

Google has changed its logo thousands of times over this quarter of a century to honor various events and personalities. There were over 5,000 “doodles”.

Nine years ago, Google’s market capitalization was less than $400 billion, in 2020 it exceeded $1 trillion, and today it is more than $1.6 trillion.

The company was founded on September 4, 1998, but has been celebrating September 27, 1998 as its official anniversary since 2005.

Google opened an office in Romania in 2010.
