Car manufacturers have always implemented recall campaigns to fix certain defects in their cars. They are organized when several vehicles have the same problem, and this is directly related to the manufacturer and design. In this case, the brand will recall all relevant copies to the workshop for repair at its own expense. Today, it’s Nissan’s turn to solve the problem with the second-generation Juke, released in 2019. At that time, only one engine was offered on the crossover.

A small flaw

It is about 1.0-liter three-cylinder turbo engine, which is now supported by other hybrid versions. But now the latter is in the news today due to a small mechanical problem. There is no risk of fire or accident this time, rest assured. But then what is it about? This time the problem is with the engine stalling when you hit the brake and gas pedals. The problem is that in some cases it refuses to reboot. This can quickly become annoying, and this explains the recall imposed by the manufacturer.

2000 copies

Then the problem comes from a small module that needs to be updated to make things work. In total, at least 2,000 SUVs will be produced in France from June 16 to December 14, 2022. Of course, all affected customers will be contacted by their dealer. They will be asked to return their car to the workshop for a quick and apparently free upgrade supported by the Japanese brand.
