The father of a 20-year-old boy, who was killed at a party in a commune in Iasi, when he tried to settle the conflict, told reporters that his son had cancer a few years ago and beat the disease.

“At the age of 14, he developed spinal cancer. And the doctors came and said that he died on the operating table. After that we were told that it was a mistake and the baby recovered. God saved him. And now he was killed by a woodcutter,” he said, according to aloiasi.ro.

The father also said that the boy wanted to go to England to visit his sister and was waiting for the documents to be processed.
