Romania were thrashed 82-8 by Ireland in their Rugby World Cup opener but Oaks captain Christian Kirica sent a message to the fans at the end of the game in Bordeaux.

Christian Kirike promises fans that Romania’s players will ‘fight to make them proud’

Kirika asked the fans to continue to support the national team and promised that the players will do everything to make them proud.
