But if we talk about meat, then thighs and breast of poultry are recommended, as well as fatty fish, which helps us to be protected during our stay in the sun, – explains Ligia Alexandrescu.

Although fish meat has long been considered the healthiest, fish can still contain mercury, heavy metals and traces of plastic because it is fed from polluted water. However, Ligia Alexandrescu teaches us a trick: “The smaller the fish, the better, the healthier it is. It would be good to choose not shark and tuna, but fish that are at the beginning of the food chain, that is, bream, sea bass, trout – small white and freshwater fish, if possible. Of course, we are talking about caught trout. But at least it’s a white fish, a light fish. Of course, Danube catfish is also very good. You can’t charge the saddle with hormones, because it dies.”
