A Florida man has been arrested after trying to ‘get to London’ by crossing the Atlantic Ocean in a home-made hamster wheel-like craft, reports say BBC.
The US Coast Guard intercepted the Reza Baluchi about 110 km off Tybee Island, Georgia, on August 26.
Officials said the 44-year-old refused to leave the ship for three days.
Bellucci has made three similar trips before, all of which ended in Coast Guard intervention.
Officials said he initially refused to get off the makeshift boat and threatened to kill himself. He also claimed there was a bomb on board, according to court documents.
On September 1, he finally gave up and left his craft.
