Russia launched a nighttime airstrike on Kiev and other parts of Ukraine, the Ukrainian military said Sunday, as air defense systems shot down four cruise missiles headed for the capital. The Air Force said it had detected up to eight aerial targets, but did not say where the other missiles had hit. Yesterday evening, for about three hours until 6:00 a.m., the whole of Ukraine was under martial law.
