Poli Jassa v Sepsi match postponed by LPF – Farul v Craiova University match will take place

Although the Sepsi fans have been asking for the postponement of the match against Poly Iasi for a long time, the Professional Football League granted the request only on Friday.

In a message posted on the official website of the National Football League, it is reported that the match, which was supposed to take place on Sunday at 1:00 p.m., is scheduled for October 19.

Sepsi Sfantu Gheorghe were held to a 2-2 draw at home by Norwegians Bodo/Glimt with a chance to qualify for the Conference League groups.

In return, the Romanian champion did not receive the same treatment as Sepsi.

Farul will play the match of the seventh stage of the Super League against Craiova University on Sunday at 21:30, although he has a long trip to Finland ahead of him for the return match against HIK Helsinki.

The people of Olten, in the voice of patron Mihai Rotaru, reported why they did not agree with the postponement of the game.

“I have already conveyed our point of view. We didn’t want the match with Farul to be postponed because that would mean we would take too long a break, a few weeks, and then play every 3 days.

If the LPF decides otherwise, that is. Of course, we want good Romanians to make it to both teams, both Sepsi and Farul. “Krayova” keeps the same goal this season, takes 1-3 places” Mihai Rotaru saidiamsport.ro reports.
