The Dutch (Netherlands) Formula 1 Grand Prix will be held at Zandvoort this weekend and Charles Leclerc (Scuderia Ferrari driver) had to drive 15 hours to take part in Sunday’s Grand Prix.
Charles Leclerc was forced to drive for 15 hours due to an ear infection
According to rmcsport.fr, Leclerc has an ear infection, which is why he could not fly. Under such conditions, he made a 15-hour journey.
Leclerc moved between Monte Carlo and Zandvoort.
There is a possibility that at the next Grand Prix (in Monza on September 3) Charles will also come in a car, if the mentioned infection does not disappear.
After 12 rounds of the 2023 Formula 1 season, Charles Leclerc is 5th in the drivers’ standings with 99 points (far from fan expectations).
In the constructors’ standings, Scuderia Ferrari is in 4th place with 191 points (the undisputed leader RedBull has 503 points).
Know:
- The last victory of Charles Leclerc in Formula 1 was recorded in July 2022 at the Austrian Spielberg.
