“Mr. Minister Rafila, you are always controversial about the adoption of the rules of the National Cancer Control Plan. A few dozen cancer patients from all over the country – Iasi, Bacau, Satu Mare, Bihor, Bistrica or Cluj – came a week ago in front of the Ministry of Health to protest against the non-application of the National Plan of Control and Control.
