“This is my first press conference in Korea, and I hope that I and all the press will have a good relationship. When they called me to ask about coming to Korea, I said I would only come for one club, Jeonbuk.

I immediately replied that of course I would come, that it would be an honor for me to be in the biggest club in Korea. I am happy to be here and hope to bring victories to the team and always be at the top.

When I coached in China, we played in the Champions League against Jeonbuk, when I came here I saw the conditions, the fans.

I was amazed by what I saw and dreamed that one day I would coach such a club here. I have a lot of experience as a coach, but I think this is the biggest club in my career.

It’s a big responsibility for me, I know that, but I’m also very happy. I think I chose the right club at the right time for me” – Dan Petrescuat the press conference, quoted by News.ro.
