The prosecutor stated that they all had murderous intent, she described the attack on Alkis Campanos and his friends as violent, well-organized, while stressing that they did not intend to inflict bodily harm, but to kill. They even talked about a well-organized plan to take the lives of the Martians.

According to the prosecutor, referring to the apologies of 12 defendants, they spoke exaggerations and monstrous pre-fabricated lies. “They came out against us using their imagination,” Ms. Klyaba characteristically remarked about the 12 defendants. “No one proved to us that he was repentant,” the prosecutor said elsewhere in her verdict.

Elsewhere in her speech, the prosecutor said of the 12 that “they start fighting to take revenge on the enemy. Because with such equipment you can only fight or kill, ”and regarding the attack on the killer, he emphasized that the purpose of the defendants was to surround and take the victims by surprise. At the same time, he spoke of “a plan for the joint execution of eternal enemies.”

Elsewhere in her speech, Ms. Klyaba emphasized that the defendants attacked the victims simultaneously and sequentially. “Aggelos and Alkis are fighting for their lives,” he stressed elsewhere, referring to the deadly attack, adding that “they are fighting the beasts in an unequal battle.”

He also said that Alkis tried to defend himself from blows with his hands, putting them on his head, but stressed that the blows were such that they wanted to finish him off. “What to protect first,” he said.

Referring to the blows received by Alkis Campanos – an “innocent giant” as she described him due to his height – the prosecutor emphasized that they hit sensitive points, such as the groin and femoral artery, which, according to her, they achieved. . with a hit in the femoral artery, “with a sick hatred,” as he said.

“Everything was predetermined by the common denominator of hatred,” Ms. Klyaba emphasized.

“They continue relentlessly. While two young people are bleeding, no one else has stopped,” the prosecutor noted, in particular, attributing a common murderous intent to all 12 defendants. Among other things, he said that even when the victims were in a deplorable state, they did not went through the process of asking for help, even anonymously, and were beaten to the last moment, and then disappeared, but before disappearing, they celebrated.

“They were not spectators in the performance, but the main characters in the drama,” the prosecutor also emphasized, attributing his “direction” to the first defendant. “We have 12 young children who could have taken a better path in their lives, not the dark,” the prosecutor said, addressing the 12 defendants after the verdict.
