PwC Romania announces that as of July 1, 2023, Ana Maria Iordake will become a partner in the tax and legal consulting practice.

With more than 15 years of experience in tax and administrative litigation, Ana Maria has successfully represented the interests of numerous clients both in Romanian authorities and courts, and in litigation at the European Court of Justice. The prestigious legal publication Legal 500 named her an expert in these fields.

The scope of his practice includes a diverse range of litigation in the field of tax law, administrative law, competition law, protection of personal data, as well as litigation arising from the enforcement procedure

Ana Maria holds a law degree from the University of Iasi, a master’s degree in European law from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy, and is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association.

Since 2018, she has been a partner at D&B David si Baias, the corresponding law firm of PwC in Romania.
