The Ministry of Finance is working on updating the Virtual Private Space (SPV), through which new authentication methods will be introduced.
Along with this, it is envisaged to introduce the possibility of granting limited access rights to the SPV by different functionalities for prisons that use the same account for different operations.
“In this sense, there will be an SPV user with account administrator rights who will be able to assign detailed access rights to other people depending on their authority,” says the response sent to the Chamber of Fiscal Advisers.
Currently, according to the CCF, differentiated rights cannot be granted to different individuals who have access to a company’s SPV account (eg administrators, company employees).
“In the event that other persons in the company (e.g. employees) use the SPV exclusively to perform certain duties, such as the transmission of electronic invoices via the RO e-Factura system, the submission of tax returns, the analysis of records about the payer, etc., we consider , that in such a situation, an opportunity should be offered from a technical point of view so that they have strict access to the sections related to the RO e-invoicing system, declaration submission, etc., without having access to other sections of the SPV,” the Chamber of Fiscal Consultants notes.
We remind you that the SPV will be adapted to mobile devices of smartphones and tablets through the development of applications for Android and IOS, which the ANAF management has said several times this year.
When this will happen remains to be seen. We clarify that the IT part of ANAF is handled by CNIF, a structure of the Ministry of Finance.
